retarded...

i somewhat agree that people should have their own privacy but it is on public roadways and people are modifying their cars ILLEGALLY! you modify your car so that it is illegal then you deserve the fine you get.

all these petitions make baby jesus cry.

btw, my car is modded and i know the risks if i get pulled over and it gets inspected. you either modify your car smart, take the risk or don't modify it at all.

I'm definitely down with that Fu. That goon has yet to demonstrate any form of intelligence. I'm surprised he's able to post up a link.

the fact that it is illegal makes you want to pursue it.

Hows about someone starting a petition to re-start the rolling 30 year smog exemption? We can put it on the Governators special election that's costing the state 80 million bucks.

I don't know why we haven't really heard much from SEMA regarding the Bill that stopped that rollin 30 year exemption. Oh well..........hopefully in another 10 years they will decide to make all vehicles up to 1985 exempt. They should submit a bill that if the car is 30 years old and driven under 8k miles a year it's smog exempt or some kind of compramise like that.

Thumbs down

The rolling 30's will cause economic hardship. Who would buy a brand new car if you dont need to smog a clunker. Look whats going on with GM - massive layoff. Besides, leaving it "AS-IS" is good as tehre will be lots of parts in the junkyard.
