..or my fender roller, muahaha. Seriously, what size tires are on the fronts? I had to roll my front fenders because they're 265/40s. Looking at the pics your offset looks lower than mine though, which probably explains the rubbage.

Actually yeah 2K sounds crazy, its probably something like "fair market value" of the vehicle. But yeah when smog is due and if you fail and its been registered for 2+ years you can opt to retire it and get compensated.

Hmm, +30 and a 9.5" wide wheel seems dangerous to the fenders unless you're going for the stretched tire look. My fronts are 9.5 wide also I believe but the offset is stock +50 and even that will rub the fender liners a tad on hard cornering.

If he really wants to do it I believe most smog stations have a pamphlet regarding it. I was under the impression that it had to have attempted work done on to it before it qualified.

And when are you coming up zero? we should have a meet or something...

You'll have to have receipts proving that you tried to fix it and it is not worth repairing it further. It is a $1000 maximum not guarantee. So good luck.

P.S.- Preston just get a smaller aspect ratio on the front like a 35 or 30 series. It'll give you some extra space.

P.P.S.- Jackie seriously, your car with different rims= amazing. Your car with those Gaydvans= terrible. It's like bad *** under the hood and then super lame on the wheels. No one likes 3 spoke wheels.... well at least no one with good taste!
