wish i could have went. woke up really late (tried to call jake) and couldnt get away from my girl coz "i didnt spend enough time with her today." seven stock is not a possibility for me so have fun whoever's going. hope to be there on the november meet.

 

I want to go to seven stock but i dont know if i trust my car to drive all the way down there. (single turbo on original engine with 133k) so i might have to drive one of my other cars. How many of you guys are driving your sevens?

 

I'm taking the RX-2 most likely, but we were considering flying down with the was gas is. It's still kind of up in the air. I'd like to join the big west coast caravan, but they're swinging through here at 6AM or something crazy like that so I won't be able to make that.

Anyone else from Sac driving down and leaving later Friday afternoon?

I'm driving my 7. And i'll be leaving modesto at around 9:30 So if any of you come down 99 and can be in Modesto around 9:30 i'd love to caravan

Casey If your car runs good i don't see why it shouldn't make it down there.

 

it runs good. Idles kinda wierd some times. but i havent really driven it very far since i put it back together. The stock turbos blew up so i put the single kit on and a fluyidine rad while i was at it. I drove it to modesto the other day and it did great. it runs so cool now with that radiator I highly recomend it to every one.

 

Damn, the time i dont go more FDs show...go figure.

 

i always thought it was a RX7 meet... *shrug*

 

What day are you leaving? friday morning or saturday?

I wish I could caravan w/ you guys, but I think the only way I'll really be able to go is if I go to my grandparents first (which means I have to cut over to 101 sometime). Then since I have stuff I gotta take care of in SLO and I need to be there on a weekday, it just makes too much sense for me to go down there on thursday afternoon, do my stuff friday and then drive the 3 or so hours to get to Irvine either friday night (and hit up the Motel 6 or something) or saturday morning. Is it just one day or does go on through sunday?

BTW Had alot of fun at the meet. Cool meeting some new guys and all that. Plus its always nice to see all that money I spent on Initial D hasn't been completely for naught Maybe next time if/when we have a meet at MUGA we can get organized and bowl or something.

 

Change of plans I'll be leaving Modesto at around 7:30 and meeting up with the caravaners from the bay and sac in santa nella at 8:30 ON FRIDAY morning

Casey if you want to come down the hill and meet up with me on that morning and Caravan with me to santa nella and then the rest of the way with the other guys let me know.
