Keith said when he went to Willow with Denward in the RX-8 they got 6 MPG.

6-7mpg is normal for "racing" conditions. Also keep in mind some of the grid guys were sending people to sit in a line of ten cars, all that idle time is burning fuel.

The number I heard was 1.2 miles. Most local events are around .8, so this was a good bit longer, with lots of acceleration zones.

I highly doubt its built to the limit of the rules. if it was then I am sure I would have seen a lot more of the car.

I wish... I REALLY do!
but I missed the registration deadline.
so we decided to install all the shiny new parts this weekend.

and I dont think I am allowed to leave for two day at this point.... and she is not feeling well enough to come along yet. it sucks, but all well. I will make it next year.

Well its been sorta a good day today. 2 of my runs sucked. The other two I ran a 48 sec lap. The fourth run the tire were overheating. Most of my class is filed with fds and fcs. Sweet!!!
