they are actually gonna be polished soon.... they are pretty beat up, so i figure having them polished to a mirror finish should clean them up nicely

Yep, I think so. Casey or Jason, can you back me up on this?

I figure it would be sm2 since they allow cams, valvework, head work, etc in piston engines, so porting is like all of those combined to a rotary.

I know my club sees it as SM2

^ Yes you are correct. SM2 aka SSM and SM cover all internal engine work and other allowances such as boost controller. However, unless it's a drastic brap brap port and you are running mainly stock besides that I'd say run stock class or CSP. It won't matter unless you win bigtime.

My bnrs put me out of anything but SM2, but if your club is cool with running a ported engine in a lower class, then I would say do it.

What stage BNR's? Looks like SSM(SM2) for you.

Here's the run/work schedule for the 1st champ event, I hope... Man Casey, you weren't kidding, that thing is tough to find. I'm still not sure how to find it. Steve gave me this link.

Rob- I think I may do time only runs so we can run/work together.

Keith ran a top time of the week in a 30.63

Hey Jesse,

Do you have any Evo buddies interested in some track wheels/tires? They're 17x9 +35 FN01R-C's with shaved 255/40r17 RA-1's. I figured I'd stick with my street tires since they're only probably a couple of seconds slower than my RA-1's and I could use the proceeds to get a bushing/pillowball kit for my FD. Or if anyone for that matter is interested in them They'll fit an FD with no modifications, and they'll fit an FC in the rear no problem, but the front would probably need a 10mm spacer and a roll.

Aw what a bummer. But at least you're getting cams

Are you going to take a video of the final dyno results?

ohhhhhhh. gotcha.

On both Feb 7th and Feb 21st when Michelle is having her baby showers I will be at K1 speed in Ontario. i would like to setup a guys day there. (both days). it will be @ 2:00

Please e-mail me if you want to join in the fun. I can call ahead and make sure we all get to race together. speeddemon32 at msn . com

there is a 1 time charge of $5.95 for their "race license". its good for a year.

if you pay for 1 race at a time it is $20 per race.

on the weekends (like this) you can buy 3 races for $50

if you want to save another $10, you can go there on a weekday and pre pay for 3 races @ $40, then use them on the weekend. (this is what i did)

again, let me know if you want to join, and on what day(s).
