Im working on a deal and I need info on this neighborhood in Phoenix:
west of 17 Fwy, east of 27th, glendale north and bethany south.

How is this area as far as gangs, apartment occupancy and such.
Im just started my due dillegence so I dont have a complete files

You're not going to find any stolen RX-2/3's over there that you can ransack for parts...
