!!!Need Help Diagnosing My Fd!!! Please Help

hey guys, i need some help with some diagnosis!!
description:
1993 RX7 TWIN TURBO
http://www.831ccr.com/Videos/rx7preview.wmv
it has APEXi N1 dual intake, APEXi Power FC with Commander, 3.5'' exhaust pipes - only a precat, rebuilt engine with like 52,000 miles, and brand new transmission, and rebuilt sequential turbos.

problem:
the car will crank, but wont start. i took the elbow off where the manifold is off, sprayed gas in there, and it turned on, but it only for a few seconds because it burns up the gas that i sprayed. i checked all my fuel lines, fuel filter, pump is working fine.

i was wondering if the car is flooded and anyone have any methods for unflooding FD's??

also another problem, when the car was driveable, it would idle fine and everything. when i would punch it, it would lag hardddddddddd then, it would pull, but it wouldnt even let me get anywhere near the redline then i'd have to shift. anyone know what's going on there??? can it be that the PFC is not tuned right?? leave feedback please!! thanks

doesn't sound flooded.

are you sure the pump is working and the filter is not plugged up? whats the fuel pressure? sounds like it is not getting fuel but it is getting spark, only other thing i can think of is a ground issue for the injector circuit.

how would it cost to fix that issue?? i bought the car in a pretty bad condition, but the soul purpose of it was NOT to keep the engine and make it an LS1 project. but that would obviously take some time. i would see it parked out in my backyard and couldnt wait for my swap any longer, so i just want to get this car up and running and see what it can do out in the streets. im about 55miles south of san jose, know of any shops or mechanics around the monterey bay area?

none south of san jose, there is a couple in the SJ valley then there is Ricks in pleasanton.

hook up a fuel pressure gauge post fuel filter and see what kind of pressure it is getting.

The PFC probably not tune correctly and Since you 've punched it trying to hit RED line, try NOT to start it anymore, try COMPRESSION checking the Engine and then go from there.
