My pup is gone

I know no one cares about someone else's dog but I just got back from burying my baby. I was OK untill I got home and saw Desiree crying then I lost it.

Ah man, sorry to hear about your dog Donovan. Looks like she was a beauty. A dog is a part of the family so I completely understand. Best wishes.

pets are more loyal than most people, why would no one care that you lost your pet?

sorry for your loss, everyone who owns pets goes through it unfortunately since we have a much longer lifepsan than most animals do.

Just think about all the good times you had and celebrate her life. I know it's hard but try not to dwell on the death of her.

I had a lil mutt for like 12 years and had some emotions run through me when we had to put him down. He had some heart condition, so it was for the better.

Next dog I get is german shepherd.. but I need a yard for dog that size. Don't suppose they'd like living in the garage and house only.

Only pet owners understand. I (allegedly) told my neighor my bulldog's life was worth more then him and his whole family's. She's a pretty dog, sorry about your loss.

I'm sure she enjoyed the time she spent with you, and sometimes that's all you can ask for. This thread reminds me of a couple dogs that I've loved, and my current dog who's starting to get old. How long was she with you?

Beautiful dog. From her (his?) nice white teeth, she looks pretty young...do you mind me asking what happened?

Sorry to hear. I love huskies. I have a 4 year old blue eyed just like that one. And my brother is picking up a puppy this sat in Los Banos from the breeder. His 1st husky. I know how you feel, I lost my 1st husky really early. He was 4 and got sick. I still miss him. Condolences from all of us here!
