Everyone please pm me your motor setup and vehicle specs as well as your boost goals if you have a turbo.

I'm looking at either January 8th and 9th or January 15th and 16th.
Once I find the best shop in the bay for this I will start collecting deposits, which will be due before January 1st. This dyno session will be limited to 4-5 cars per day due to the dyno shops not being open forever. This means the list will be limited to 8-10 people total. Keep in mind your name on the list does give you priority, but once everything is hammered out deposits will be what matters. Karack can tune to whatever psi you'd like for the turbo guys with proper safety mods done (AI, race gas, w/e)

jrx you said trailer? Is your car registered? If not Karack would probably have to somewhat learn your ems on the dyno..dunno if you'd be willing to pay the dyno operator for that time. Maybe like another hour over other people.

aeagles I will talk to him about your ems.

Also the shop I choose will have a dynojetmost likely. I've been very happy with the numbers they post. They aren't grossly overrated like the Mustang dynos and they are easier to get multiple people on over the chassis dynos.

Thanks,
Nick

My car is not registered. If we need to run it up and down a deserted street, I've got a place or can borrow a plate for just a quick blast up and down. I don't mind paying the time it takes so no worries but I doubt it will take very long since I don't need a full tune and I don't need to run it at low-mid throttle/rpms. January 8th weekend wont work for me but the 15th & 16th would.

Thanks,
Jack

I've tuned none, but if you're referring to Karack hes tuned countless rotaries. He owns and operates Rotary Evolution, which was in NorCal, but now hes in Vegas. I've had him tune my car and hes done countless customer cars ranging from basic adjustments on an safc to full tunes on anything from stock to bridgeported motors.

I've kinda given up on my FC. I just can't justify owning it right now since I'm in debt and in college, so I'm just going to get it tuned to 15 psi. I don't wanna invest another couple hundred in a boost a pump and some bigger secondaries. Hoping to put down around 400 rwhp @ 15ish psi. Then it will be up for sale again.

Also I've talked to Karack and he said he doesn't feel comfortable tuning Wolf, since hes never done one. Bryan I'll get back to you after Ben installs that Haltech on another customer car so he can get a feel for it to decide if he can do your car or not.

you and your rx7, "i love it" I wanna sell it" "i am gonna put more money into it" "i am broke cause of it"

i feel like that with my trans am, i always think about selling it so i can save all kinds of money and pay off credit cards and get my 7 going hard core, but then i really like it also, nothing like having a DD with over 500whp with 600 tq and still have A/C, power everthing, stereo system and still get around 25mpg aaaahhhhh i dont know what i want anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah my new goal is to sell all my **** and pay off my debts. Buy a 4 cylinder truck, then drive that til I have cash saved up to buy a cummins...then buy a stock TII that I'll do light mods to and make it more daily driveable.

I don't think Ben feels comfortable enough to tune a Haltech ecu on a turbo application yet.

I am signed up to possibly get the Steve Kan tune day for the first week of January. If I cannot get squeezed in to this, then I will continue to get Ben's tune.

I'm still waiting to hear back from a local dyno shop by my house...I'm assuming it'll be relatively inexpensive.
