I wasn't going to post anymore in this thread, but Peepeeshaw118 does not want the thread to die, so, I must oblige.

Anyways, Guitarjunkie, is supposed be bring me a set of ignitor plugs for my project.

What kind of douchenozzle files an insurance claim over a bruise? Or goes to the hospital for that matter?

You are as cool as this guy-

Profitability is way down in the first Qtr. Going to have to restate my earnings forecast.

i hit a buddy of mine in the head with a golf ball where you practice your putting LOL. he was PISSSSED, he wanted to kick my ***, but i owed him money at the time and told him if he touched me he wouldn't get **** back. so yeah, i guess i kind of do feel your pain, but does seem kind of senseless to take as far as filing an insurance claim or whatever. but hope you the best.

i can't explain why, but i'm laughing hystrically at the word "douchenozzle". that's funny to me right exactly right now.

but then again, there's a severe lack of entertainment in my life.

That is the best hair cut I have ever seen.

And I was not going to say anything but I think the guy WAY over reacted. I cant remember how many times I have seen some one hurt playing sports, ON THE FEILD WERE THE SPORT IS PLAYED.

The way I see it is that by choosing to play golf on the a profesional course, you are also taking all the risks that go with it. If I had hit you I would be very sorry and feel bad for you, but if you asked for my insurance I would laugh in your face. Just my 2 cents.

if i were the other guy, i'd give him an open handed slap. he sounds like he's not man enough to get punched, so a good open hander should do the trick.

Since you asked for details:

The hole was a par 5. He was about 200 yards out, and had to clear a creek to reach the green. He used a 5 wood, and pulled the ball to the left. If you are a golfer, you know that a pulled ball has a lower trajectory than a normal shot. The ball traveled about 190 yards, with a low trajectory, and hit me on the fly. I was near the cart path that goes to the green he was trying to reach. It was obviously not safe to hit.

It's not just a tiny little bruise. The swelling, and bruising has limited what I can do. Any kind of phyical activity is out of the question. I hope to be able to walk without pain in a few days. I considered punching the guy (in the ribs), but then he would turn around and sue me, so that was not an option.

why would you sue someone for getting hit with a golfball?

it sounds like you are blowing this way out of proportion

this is a bitch *** thread.

i was front passenger of my buddy's integra when it flipped 3 times close to hell and regardless of the fact that i was bruised up, i didn't act like a ittle bitch since i knew that i can shake it off after a few days. i could've filed for medical compensation and perhaps even $$$ on my part, but...
i actually felt sorry for him since it was $$$ out of the drain due to his stupidity, but i was just thankful for being alive for myself, him, and another passenger.

and it is true. fools like you create such a corrupt nation. if you can suck it up, then move on. obviously you have time posting here on the forum, which would indicate a lack of severity for your injuries. you're just acting like a little bitch *** ***** now.

i can understand the "compensation" part, but this is just ridiculous.

I also would not sue a friend. I'm not planning on suing this guy either, but he is not my friend.

in america, lawsuits come from family and friends alike

obviously that if you can use a CPU, you do lack the severity of any type of injury that you say you incurred. read again, i just said it. it's not like you lost a finger or two, in a coma, or became mentally retarded or blind.

i don't want to get down being racists.......... but

so basically you need money to fund your brokeback FD now. that i wouldn't be surprised.

man, that guy hits far. I couldn't get on the green with a 190yrd drive. I'd buy the guy a drink and make him teach me some golf. hahaha.

seriously, though. As long as you're fine, forget about what everyone's telling you. You already made the claim. Whether or not you do the same kind of thing next time is up to you. We all told you what we think. It's up to you to decide if anything we said makes any sense to you.
