I am going to have some fun at the next RX7 meet...
hey hey hey no need for name calling with me friend, just asking a simple question. but dont come off like some hard ***. just cuz that nurse was talking ****, dont take it out on me. goddamn people get all defensive and ****. im glad im not like you *******, hating the world for no reason. just relax, damn

I am actually super laid back and almost never get angry. Ask the grey-hairs around here. I just like to push buttons on here to pass the time. I just switched to dawn shift and am not used to sleeping during the day.
haha word. no one here, but about 3 other users. knows how to do **** that i do.
thats why there are jobs. if everyone could do everything, there would be no need for cops, nurses, engineers, car makers.
but keep going, cops are fat, guy nurses are gay....
:passes popcorn to undisputed fb:
theres nothing wrong with it for regular parking
except when i drive home at night and see 3 city cops, and 2 sheriffs parked reverse at the same 7-11 every other night. wondering what our tax dollars pay for when you can predict 5 police officers just relaxing/chilling at the same time in a extremely small suburban city with low crime.
i'm not against cops, but when your business' alarm goes off on 2 seperate occasoins and the cop is supposed to meet us there, when they never show up, even after an hr and a half, it just irratates the hell out of me.
or having police officers lead a funeral procession when you can't get them to do anything else
and driving by the same wall that keeps getting tagged up by the local gangsters month after month, station a car with a camera, or even the periodic drive by/patrol
or possibly calling 911 to be put on hold for 8 minutes for a robbery in progress, or being put on hold for 5 minutes when your grandpa is having a heart attack. luckily nothing real bad happened, but still irriatates the hell out of me

This thread is absolutely worthless!!!
Anyone who is breaking registration law in any state, knows what they are doing, and most know the consequenses as well. No need to remind them here.
Besides, CA residents are only registering their cars in other states/cities to skirt emissions laws and/or crazy taxes (in relationship to the rest of the country). Emissions testing's affect on actual air pollution has not been proven. The testing is totally bogus and a waste of tax dollars. Regulating the manufacture is all that needs to be done and has improved air quality.
Even it if was necessary to remind us of this, there is absolutely no point to be someone posting that in a forum such as this. RX7s are such an absolutely MINISCULE portion of the cars on the road that are breaking these type of laws. Ridiculous misuse of this officer's time. Which would lead me to be very skeptical of his/her overall intelligence and/or judgment on the matter.
Perhaps try a Honda Forum, quite a few more Civics with straight pipes...

I read it and re-read it. I don't see anything about getting the standard 10 pieces of silver for sending in such a report.

Fumanchu, your general audience here, especially in the west forum are 16-19 year old kids with parents that have enough money and lack of sense to buy their kids rice-rockets.
of course you'll get shitted on.
thanks to everyone above perpetuating the stupid-**** mentality shown by many kids with mommy's signature on their pink slips.

It's no wonder that so many people avoid registering their cars in CA. It's because the registration laws and emission laws in CA are ridiculous.
I bought a 15K car a year back from out of state, and it would have cost 3-4K to register it here because of sales tax, etc. That price is not even within reason.
Emission testing here seems more to bust people's ***** and take their money than anything. If my car can pass emissions test with an intake that isn't CARB legal, then I fail? I know more about engine emissions than many of the goons making these laws.
Registration fees each year are ridiculously overpriced.
Car insurance in Southern CA is so expensive because of all the retarded drivers seem to congregate in Southern CA. Or maybe it's all of the illegal citizens driving uninsured trucks that like to drive drunk? I'm not sure.
I don't have a "California" ECU.
The list goes on and on and on.
I agree with California's stance on air pollution, but busting tuners ***** isn't the right way about it.

I actually endorse this out of state registration as the state is due it's fees. However, it's also true that a share of out of state registration is due to enthusiasts looking for refuge from smog issues. If you're going to do this, an option should also be there to buy an exemption to give an above board but still controlled way to deal with this need.
Same mentality that stopped the rolling 25 year smog exemption. Sounds good in political retoric, actual effect on smog near nil considering how many 25 year old cars are still on the road. Basically a f-u-c-k you message to enthusiasts. Fighting Smog is a nobel cause. Thus at the least, that was an example of the old saying about the baby being thrown out with the wash.

humm good thing that **** doesnt pertain to me...1- i am in the military and 2- i am leaving this shithole of a state sorry californians but your state sucks *** with its laws and regulations
lol yeah keep thinking that there buuuuudddty
come on i could understand if someone went to a near by state and registered their O SO ILLEGAL car, just to by pass laws but when you have service members and business personnel in and out of this state how can you drill out the ones CHEATING your laws
so if i drive my supper economic BMW here with florida plates i have to worry that some cummbubble will report me...that **** doesnt make sense
why would i register my car in a other state and pay their costly fees to turn back and re-register in my home of record
and get it straight your laws and regulations keep your own citizens in a day by day struggle to bend the laws a bit so they can enjoy what they love and your TREEHUGGIN state just doesnt understand that
DONT WORRY I AINT MAD AT CHA as the great 2pac said
