i think you guys all forgot personality traits of cops
1.) drive like an *******
i.e. turn on their siren and run red lights for no reason, speed excessively to no where (maybe krispy kreme just pumped out some fresh donuts), slow down in the middle of the street
2.) likes to talk on their cell phone
i.e. will drive around the city talking on their cell phone, when they should be on patrol
3.) stop and gather, and park JDM style head/engine outward, when they drive by/see other police officers

is one plate shared between 5 cars bad? its a cali plate ive been pulled over at least 5 times and they havnt caught it yet!
