They usually set this up on busy streets and ask if you would like to put your 7 on it...



usually a CHP cruiser is nearby to make sure no one beats up the workers..

 

Wacky seems to always be in the knowing when it comes to anything smog related and giving slurps slurps too.

 

Why would anyone in their right mind volunteer to have their time wasted in this fashion, even if they were certain their car would pass?

Is it really voluntary, or is it "voluntary" like "if you don't volunteer we're impounding your car and calling a tow truck?"

 

what happens if you live just around the corner and really got to take a deuce. would they let you go?
