Lol its not that bad. I literally sit on break about 11 hours out of the 12 hour day nowadays. Damn factories going automated taking our jobs away, so im sure it wont last like this for too long til they get rid of my department. But for 27 an hour on overtime to sit around and drive a forklift a little bit, not bad in my book. Lol

Just actually being here for 12 hours a day (mandatory for where i work) is the shitty part.

Its not cool. Trust me. Its repititious and kills your body. Especially when you first start and are low man on the totam pole. When you first start here (gallo glass) you are on the line assembling carboard wine cases at 600-1000 an hour for 12 hours. Or stacking 50 lb cases onto pallets at the same rate just to keep up with the rest of production. Ive been here 5 years and fell into the department that im in at an opportune time but the rest of the workers here arent as lucky. If you want to see a factory, take a tour. Dont work in one. Lol

Better than not working, like me. I do heating and plumbing, and it's dead. Nobody wants a furnace, new piping, or ducting right now. I've been working about 4 days a month since the end of January. BTW superhypered, you win, I was old leaving HS. Oldest kid in the graduating class.

they gave me a parking ticket at their courthouse parking lot for parking backwards.

the $50 off is because I told him I'd get the front plate and tint taken care of. Fix it tickets are $25 each.
