i owe almost 1200 slowly but surely the price goes down. one slow month at a time..

300 for a failure to appear... had 3 of them, and thats not including the ticket itself.

 

did you know if I had a Class A license, a ticket like mine would be $1200 for them? They fight those tooth and nail..

and don't be ridiculous, I'm doing this and still driving to Vegas in April as well, I hear they have better laws over there..

there's just one thing I'm not sure about, and it's if fighting that parking ticket is a sure win or not. Sure, it's posted, but not completely visible, which is unfair for me, as I took my own time to actually go down there, set a court date to stop them from taking a lot of my money, and then they have to be ******** and slap me with a ticket for taking more time to park it backwards? And he was about to slap me with 2 extra fix it tickets on top of that if I didn't come out there when I did.. I'm sorry, but this system is gay

 

whats in vegas in april?

I have a buddy that had to go through DUI classes and he said every single class cops were posted in he parking lot and wrote people tickets for different reason. Doesnt seem fair to me. I need to mount my front plate before sunday. Zip ties FTW!

I thought I had the cop asking him where that was posted at when I asked him what he was writing me up for, as that made me dumbfounded that theres actually a law that you cant back up into a spot.. like wtf? making that up to catch the few people like me to measle me out of $45 and contaminating my perfectly CLEAN record? sketchy as hell.

and about those zip ties. this cop said no zip ties, no duct tape.. its got to be securely bolted down and some bs.

and sure, maybe some others have had worse than me, and i agree.. but the difference is that that person might have the funds to pay it off compared to me, where all my funds go to my parents, insurance, gas.. And thats about all my money. they need a better system based on more than just a 55 in a 35

Well the zip ties will do well enough to atleast keep the cop from pulling me over in the first place. Driving down the road they wont be able to tell that its not a permanent mount. lol

 

ah, good point so far the only good thing that happened yesterday (friday), was that i bought some oil.. So i'll be doing an oil change today, and doing a full wash as well.. Maybe send the state my money too.. dunno. i have to look into this "no backing into parking spot" thing.. tell them to put the 45 toward a bigger sign saying to not back up into a spot

 

Just throwing it out there for anyone stumbling across this thread at last minute, but tomorrow is the little Calaveras Road cruise from Dave & Busters in Milpitas.

I will be there at maybe 2 pm playing my psp or something. If its raining, I'll be under an umbrella in a camp chair

The weather in Milpitas for tomorrow is saying a 50% chance of rain.. In other words, it'll be a really nice day with pleasing clouds in the distance, thanks to the Rotary Gods

I'll be there early because I'm probably the easiest car to spot (Yellow RX8) for people who dont know where to go.. I dont even know where to go lol.

Im not even gonna bother washing my car or the exhaust burn marks off my rear bumper. (dont ask about the burn marks. car was running HELLA rich and exhaust literally was on fire. lol) You guys can see her in all her dirty glory. haha look out for a red fc coupe on crown vic wheels btw.
