Unhappy Crashed!!!!!!!!!!

Guys, I'm soooo bumbed out. I just crashed my baby(89 turboII) trying to avoid another crash!!! I thought it wasnt that bad when it happened b/c it didn't rattle me or the car much when i scraped a guard rale , but when i got out the front right fender it is dusted. The rear right side(gas tank side) is scraped and bented in. No frame damage, but HOW MUCH ARE WE TALKING HERE!! I havn't been this upset in my whole life.

I really want to know if i should get it fixed from my downer car??? (i have a NA, automatic, 91 rx7) I could get the fender and switch them but the ugly scar in the back i think might cost too much??

So here are my MAIN TWO QUESTIONS:

1. How much would it cost for my 89t2 to get cosmetics in LA area?

2. Would it be better OR AROUND THE SAME COST, to do an engine swap?? They are both s5's but my 91 is automatic? I know it can be done but how much are we talking?? and what needs to be changed out????

PLEASE GUYS, HELP ME OUT

That cost 1098$ to repair.. insurance paid for it ofcourse... but that should give you an idea.

Was done in Professional Paint and body, in lomita.

if you crashed trying to avoid another crash then the person who inticed it all should have been held accountable, didn't you get their information?

I not sure that would qualify as no fault... I think they'll claim he was too close... but he can claim, damn it I hate it when I forget terms, something similar to the lesser of two evils... I'll ask my friend and post it. It just you avoid greater damage and possible death by avoiding the accident and hittin the gaurd rail.

I'd say they would call it his fault. Unless the accident was actually taking place right in front of him. If it was already over I doubt the other person's insurance will do anything.

I don't know about price, but depending on the damage, 1k sounds pretty close. Rear quarterpanels are not cheap to repair.
