yes, I guess I am the lucky guy. haha, Like i said im almost 99% sure the car will arrive on time and I will be able to attend the Steve Kan tuning session. I hope to see all of you fellow fd owners there, should be fun.

I talked to louie at RR and R and the ONLY PLACE for a 3rd or 4th gear pull is the freeway. On a saturday it is basically out of the question. BTW anyone down to have a GTG/Party for the event? I know the RR and R guys are down to have as many rx-7/8's as possible! Who else is down?

 

I'll be there but with all the stuff i just had to order to fix my damn car i am totally broke so getting it tuned now is out of the question...someone can take my spot as i bid on it early on, not expecting my car to go to **** like this, hopefully it will at least be running.

 

Any news on this rather if I needed to stay 2-3 days? Need to book my flight today since its getting pretty close.

 

I too need to know very soon as to whether or not Steve will be here on Friday. That is the only day I can tune with him, otherwise I need to figure something else out.

 

Just show up Friday.. I'm going to suck up all your dyno time for the tuning anyway.. BWHAHAHA =)

 

It's easy for you to say. I lose $400 every day I'm not at motorola (contract work sucks) and that doesn't account for the lost time at the shop......

I haven't heard anything back from slopoke03 so I have no idea who paid and who hasn't.

I'm not even sure as to where we're going for dyno tune.

Hopefully he'll jump in soon to let us know about it since I still haven't booked my flight yet.

I was contemplating it, but only if Steve was not going to make it out here on Friday. I was only covering my bases by making sure I would get tuned one way or another before the race weekend. Seeing as how Steve will be out here on Friday, he'll do it as I had hoped all along

As far as the order is concerned, the fairest way to determine order is by the order in which the deposits were recieved (unless someone has some extraordinary circumstances)

 

As far as order is concerned, if steve is showing up on a Friday... that may or may not work for me depending on the time. I think i can work my schedule to figure it out.

 

my electrical/ignition system is shot to ****, so as i posted earlier i have like 0 dollars...cant make the tune, however i said i'll be there to video it...im sure steve will make some amazing results.
