For some reason I thought this months meet was in Atwater, maybe confused with track days C.S. was talking about. We're down for Visa though.

I would assume that the starbucks your talking about is on the south end of MOOney, Target/ Chilli's/ Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot. unless its the one next to autozone and 7-11.

Really though, I'm hoping that the lack of a Furai concept model forces them to make a Furai PRODUCTION model. Toyota's gonna have the 86, MKV Supra, and LFA, Mazda can have in the same slots the MX-5, 16x-powered RX7, and the Furai.

Except "Furai" doesn't really roll off the tounge for English speakers, so might I suggest the name "RX-9999."

 

I just realized the Japanese pronunciation of "Furai" sounds almost exactly like "fry" in English. More tears.

In other news, Pat and I made hotel reservations for SS16 for Friday and Saturday night! Make your reservations now, before all the rooms are gone. With the SS16 hotel code, it actually lets you cancel up to 24 hours in advance, whereas most of the other codes require full prepayment for a discount (or pay $115/night instead of $80).

 

So I have good news and bad news folks. The bad news is I got called in and I'm goin to be working Saturday night. Good news is I have Sunday off so if everyone is cool with moving to the next day the show will still go on . If everyone is cool with the switch the list will be pretty much the same

We kinda already got our childsitter scheduled for this saturday, there will always be more get togethers though.

 

that's a long drive for a meet after an autocross on a Sunday.

 

We'd be driving back south to get home anyway. But yeah, that's why I emphasized the word might.

Well yea the meet is gonna be set for Sunday, same place. I expect everyone to start trickling in around 7:30.

I actually want to set up a movie day to watch rush with everyone since its about f1 probably on a Saturday the week or week after it comes out
