Hi all im a new owner of an fd. Live in Stockton area. Can we create a group or newsletter for central valley owners who want to participate in runs and meets? I work in tech so I could help facilitate this.

 

I've been trying to locate other stockton area owners and such for a little bit now. Only managed to find one or two so far but I see 7 owners here fairly frequently. Maybe we can do some local adverts or something? I have spoken with one of them about trying to schedule a monthly meet and he is totaly cool with the idea. Pn me and we can start figuring some of the details out.

 

That high up you'd be better off hitting the bay area guys up. I'm gonna be up there this weekend doing a meet in Saratoga with the bay rotaries

 

Seconded, since we never meet any further north then Fresno because a lot of our members are in Visalia and Hanford/Lemoore.

That said, you're more than welcome to check us out if you don't mind the drive!

 

I read rumors that sevenstock this year will be in early november (possibly nov 9th), nothing set in stone but thats what I've read.

 

I hope so, it'll be right around my birthday. Hopefully it doesn't rain since its gonna be late in the year.

 

Sevenstock is supposed to be celebrating the anniversary of the FD, too, and Jamie and Kat will have to show up in other cars.

We need to get "honorary FD" stickers for the van and the 86.

 

I'll tow the FD to sevenstock with the van, lol

I've been lazy with my FD lately. I did fired her up last week, but some how the fuel pump keeps cutting out. I'll get it done before 7 stock.

 

I feel like I've missed too many meets. I'm going through brap withdrawals...

I've been caught up with the Fresno 8 guys and haven't had time to organize an official meet. For September I actually wanted to get a big meet together and see just how many there are of us out here.

 

September just happens to be the first month in a good long time I've had the third Saturday available.

 

Also some semi-official meets at Fresno SCCA Autocross would be good to encourage, I think. We had a couple 7s and 8s ripping pretty hard at last weekend's event and it'd be great to get more brap out there!

 

Yea I know the guy with the black 8 and grey rotor decals is one of mine. When's the autocross event?

 

November 16 is the next actual Fresno event. September's and October's events are in Atwater. Its a few months away, but hooray for planning time. Besides, currently there's only one other guy in the same run class with me and that's Moua. I need competition! LOL!

 

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, Sevenstock will be on November 9th this year at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana. Its official. And there will be 4-rotor historic race cars hitting the track.

Finally some good news about sevenstock, time to start planning the caravan now lol

 

I'm very excited about sevenstock. It will be my first time going and gotta get the 10AE ready to go.
