Guess I'll go ahead and pipe in. Though its way in advance- I'll be back down there this summer to go back to school at Poly. I'm definitely down for meets and crap. You guys should also check out Slocars.net if you're really craving going to some meets. They're a pretty decent group the last time I went to one of their meets; theres at least a couple former and current rotary owners.

 

I went to a slocars meet and great and there was 6 guys? I was trying to get the rotor people together but there doesn't seem to be to many that are local. I know that roger wont drive more then like 30minutes to go someplace. Janus what do you drive?

Ah whoops, should have posted my sig. I drive an 89 GTUs, taking it to the track this weekend so hopefully the engine will still be in one piece afterwards.

Yeah thats always the problem w/ slocars, the guy in charge of it wants to get like 100+ cars or something for massive meets and drives and events and stuff, but I dunno how realistic he is unfortunately. Their meets are usually medicore turnout-wise, but the events that I've been to are really fun.

Yeah, the SLO club guys are alright... the meets are very medicore... but that one that night when we did the cruise from SLO to morro bay was pretty fun.

 

I own a house in Pismo. Does that count? I hope to move back next summer. When I move back there I'll be the 2nd FD owner on my street.

'94 FD - motor rebuild in progress.....but it's going pretty SLO though.

 

Why don't we pick a date, and time, and see who shows up. Its no big deal if its a small crowd.
