what year was the Olds Cutlass?

 

I think it was like an 87-91 cutlass. But the guy that owned it was pretty pissed off.
I was talking to a friend of mine. That is in Longbeach PD. He said that the government will give you up to $2500.00 to replace your gross polluter for a decent car that would pass smog?. Really i think this is all bullshit!. Seriousley what can you buy for $2,500.00 bulks? A civic.. haha hell no!!

 

i bought my beater car for $950 and it has icy cold a/c
