Whether for your every day street car, or your baddest 500+HP track-only monster, we have an amazing twin oil cooler setup that will keep your temps in check.




What you can expect from our oil cooler kits:

• Maximum cooling efficiency to protect our already hot running motors, and eliminate overheating concerns by taking significant load off of the water cooling system.
• Direct bolt-on, with no fabrication, modification, or custom work involved

• Coolers can be swapped out at any time to upgrade capacity, and coolers will work with '93+, '99 spec, and most aftermarket bumpers.
• Over-Engineered: Pressure and temperature ratings for ALL of our lines and fittings vastly exceed the maximum pressure and temperature ever generated by the oiling system, to ensure durability and longevity.

All of our kits include:

• Black Setrab oil coolers
• Mocal 180 degrees oil thermostat
• Lightweight aluminum mounting brackets
  
• Stainless steel mounting hardware
• All lines (rubber/stainless/nylon racing) come pre-assembled and pressure tested with high quality (and subtle looking) black and silver Mocal fittings (only the best).
• Aluminum -10AN Spanner (Wrench) included to tighten down your fittings.

Comes with twin 19-row Setrab coolers, High-Pressure Black rubber hose (OEM look) with high quality black and silver Mocal end fittings pre-installed. Included with every kit is a -10AN aluminum spanner (wrench) to safely tighten the aluminum fittings without damaging them. Everything you need to install the coolers on your car is included, down to every last nut, bolt, washer, or spacer... and even the wrench! (*As our brackets are designed to accept both 19-row or 25-row coolers, they can be upgraded to the larger capacity coolers at any time!)

Upgrade to 25-row Setrab cores. Even higher cooling capacity then our twin 19 row kit. We have reports of customers staying out ALL DAY at the track without any sign of rising temps! This setup really is cool! Don’t cut your track day short. Also 20b and high-HP 13b's <nobr style="color: darkgreen; font-weight: normal; font-size: 100%; font-family: verdana,geneva,lucida,'lucida grande',arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" id="itxt_nobr_31_0"></nobr>should consider this setup.

Those of you running a '99 spec bumper or aftermarket bumper will need to upgrade to this redesigned kit so that the coolers clear the bumper and can make better use of the larger inlets. (Please see the *note below)



Highest pressure and temp rating of all the lines we offer (and they look great!) but care must be taken when routing them as the SS braids can wear into anything they come in contact with.

Black Nylon reinforced lines, ultra lightweight, high pressure and temp rating (and they look great!). These nylon lines have the benefits of braided reinforcement (like SS lines) but without the abrasion problems and lack of flexibility associated with SS lines.









*A note about the 99 oil cooler upgrade, and about aftermarket bumpers.

Cost: Unfortunately, the ‘99 coolers needed to be repositioned for the 99 bumper and rebar, and special fittings were required to then clear the headlights. In addition there is a more complex bracket setup required to relocate it to the proper position. For this reason the price of the 99 kit is significantly higher. This is directly due to the cost of the extra parts... we actually take a loss on the 99 “upgrade” for this reason, but it was the only way to make them fit the 99 bumper, be positioned to make more efficient use of the larger bumper inlets, and also work with the stock 99 fog lights.

Aftermarket bumpers: We also engineered a small amount of adjustability into the brackets in hopes that people with aftermarket bumpers could adjust the position of the oil coolers to work with their bumper. We obviously could not test the coolers with every aftermarket bumper out there (so we cant guarantee 100% that they will fit without modification) but more than likely, there is enough adjustability to fit the majority of aftermarket bumpers out there. You have an even better chance if your bumper uses the 99 lights or similar, as those bumpers were typically designed to work with the stock 99 cars’ oil cooler setup (which is basically how ours fits).

Dan's got some pics of the standard lines, which are actually the very high quality aeroquip lines with mocal fittings, and oetiker clamps for added peace of mind. E-check... Dan will chime in here and explain how do process it (unfortunately the how-to for e-checks no longer works... so time for a new one ) Dan's on his way to DGRR now but hopefully he'll see this shortly. For now you may want to add your name/info to the list to keep your spot. Once that block is filled and those people are paid up, we'll be dispensing tracking numbers shortly after

Yup, I'm using some -6 nylon lines with mocal ends for fuel lines on my custom fuel setup.

shouldnt be an issue as the line which connects the two coolers just runs through the rebar, and everything else comes around from the sides, so I don't think there will be any interference issues

I only plan to daily drive and autocross my car once a month. Would the 25 row coolers still be a must? Car should be putting out around 350hp when all the parts are installed n sorted out.

Regarding PayPal E-Checks:

It seems that Paypal has taken away the E-Check option for those with confirmed accounts and backup fund sources (such as a credit card or bank account).

The only way to get the E-Check as an option anymore is to delete your "backup funds source" from your account, HOWEVER doing this also makes your status "unconfirmed" rather than "confirmed" like it used to be.

Looks like, for most, the E-check will not be available. So make sure to add 3% to the final cost when sending payment.

Hey Charlie! idk I think Dan knows a way to do it (unless it just changed within the last few weeks). If paypal forces everyone to pay the 3% that blows. As far as their business model is concerned... most people don't use the e-check option, so its not like they are loosing MUCH money on it. Plus they still get a $5 processing fee... but for large purchases its ridiculous for them to not have a sliding scale
