It's interesting how many threads end up where this one is...
If the truth be known Matt (roachdiddy) is a super cool guy. He is going down a path with his car that few have attempted. I think when its complete the car is going to be awesome...Matt will probably be answering lots of questions from many RX7 owners in the future who are wanting to drop a 2JZ under the hood...
Oh and by the way I want to drive the car once it's complete.....

No, all that anyone wanted was a straight answer on how far the steering rack was moved, but even the dipshit who owns the car doesn't know, and now we have some stupid **** with a handful of posts telling us how jealous we are of this project. Does that about sum it up?

BUT, I do like the car and am interested too in seeing how the bump steer works out for you. Many people have tried this before, none (to my knowledge) have been successful and I’m sure that is what is driving the skepticism from others in the post.

2nd..... what do you drive??

Precisely. The 2JZ either fits under the hood and the steering rack moves, or the steering rack stays where it is and the engine hangs out of the hood. You can't have it both ways.

roachdiddy:I love the swap. It looks nice and I can guarantee it'll be very fast/make nice power when it's all done. I love the 2JZ engine and the body of the RX-7; what better combo. Keep up the hard work and keep us all posted on the progress.

Barban: You're still an ignorant ****, and this has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with comparing cars or projects. Thanks for trying.

I can see you've come a long way in the year or so you've been around. How's that 20B swap coming, BTW?
