LS2 Swap ?

I am going to put the LS2 pedals in the 93 rx7 b/c it is throttle by wire that way I wont have to change the throttle body and PCM harness and I was wondering anyone that has done it before me, is there anything special that I need to do, everything else is ready, and it should be fun.

Most guys rig up a throttle TB.

Also, if you're going LS2, please tell me you've looked into the L92 heads and L76 intake...

What the hell is a "throttle throttle body?" I think you mean cable TB.

Hinson is mounting LS2 GTO pedals to use the FBW throttle. Give em a call and ask them.

I don't think anyone has successfully mounted a set, but I think it's due to the ease of changing to a different throttle body that will accept the factory Mazda cable. I haven't crawled under the dash of my Corvette yet to see for sure, but I can't really see it being that difficult to get the drive-by-wire setup to work. If I start feeling frisky, maybe I'll go take some pics of my pedals to see how it's setup. Anyone have a diagram, or a set of pedals already pulled from a car?

Check out www.ls1tech.com; doing DBW pedal installs on converted cars is pretty commonly done.
