NY 305/T5 swap

Guys, I've owned an RX-7 for exactly 4 days and I am in the process of a swap to a carbed sbc and t5 tranny so needless to say I'm gonna need some help! My fingers are greasy as 'm typing so ignore the errors because I don't think the backspace will even work when I'm done! I've ordered the basic mount kit from Granny's and the rubber engine mounts. Now I need to know what to save of the systems in the car? Obviously things like the lights and horn and brakes/brake booster... What else though? I'm putting the basics together on a budget (anybody want anything? lol) and have the engine and tranny coming this weekend. So now that the keys on my keyboard don't want to work I'm gonna mess up the track pad looking at other build threads! Chime in please!!! Car is an 86 FC with no power steering and a factory 5-speed and 13B. I think it's the GS model.

Ok pics suck. I've tried 4 different ways, and still can't get anything up. Long story short I'm looking for what systems to keep in the car and any cautions from experienced guys. Budget build but with quality.
