CA what hp should i get with my set up

I got a s5 t2 with a streetport 550 primery 720 sec fmic stock s5 turbo at 15 lbs with a fd uim walborro 255 on a Sprint re standalone just trying to c what i should be at

The turbocharger will be your limiting factor as far as horsepower goes.

Turbo should reach close to 300whp on streetported engine. I personally think your injectors are the limiting factor along with intercooler.

How big of injectors should and I go and is the front mount not good enough

First you need to know what your realistic goal is. Then you want to buy injectors a bit bigger than what you were shooting for. That way you dont ever get close to 100% duty cycle and overheat the injectors.

Hot air intake temps will really limit your HP. I dont know what kit or core you use... but ebay cores suck *** compared to a true garret intercooler core. High boost evo guys prefer the garrett core.

I've never seen over 280whp from a stock turbocharger.

A friend told me he hit 300whp on the stock turbo w/a microtech; the next week his turbo was blown....

I wouldn't expect more than 265 whp unless a bottle is part of the equation
