Rtek 2.1 dyno 414whp/341ftlbs, Borg Warner s360

Had the car on the dyno today to see what the new setup would pull. Only did two pulls, first pull was in third gear to make sure everything was good to go and then fourth right after.

Setup

Streetport s4 with thick castings, als apex seals rebuilt by Rotary Resurrection
Rtek 2.1
HKS cast mani
Borg Warner S360 .88 turbo
Tial 38mm wastegate
Greddy FMIC
FIC 1150's and Greddy 720cc injectors
rewired Walbro 255
Aeromotive fpr
BUR9EQ's all around
Jacobs FC1000 ignition on leading coil
MSD wires
3 inch downpipe to 2 1/4 duals
Greddy profec boost controller
PLX M300 wideband

Logs show 15.8psi for boost. Injector duty cycles got above 90% only after 6900rpm

I think the Rtek 2.1 is a great tool to use. Just takes a bit of time to get your timing and fuel maps inputted and it has its limitations. I have been using the Rtek for a few years now and has been great for me.

I set my static fuel pressure around 43.5psi and my logs show 36.1 lbs/min for afm readings.

I had to add an extension to my downpipe to reach the new turbo. The turbo came with a new flange for the the downpipe side so I wanted to use it anyways.

Very impressive! Didn't think true 400+ whp was possible w/out tensioning the AFM's flapper spring.

What's providing the signal representing boost? Don't know how an OEM 1 bar sensor can relate anything higher.

VERY impressive! Nice relatively 'mild' build with stock ecu and AFM, 'only' SP, Walbro 255.... and over 400whp. Very nice.

Using the OEM boost sensor and looks like max reading is 15.8. Ill have to screen older logs to check to see if I have any higher readings. Using the stock unmolested s4 and.

Peak on the boost controller was 16+. I get different readings between boost controller and OEM map sensor. Always slightly higher.

What RPM does your AFM max out at? I was able to max mine out at only 320whp.

This was at Sacramento Raceway on there 1/4 mile track. First time hitting the quarter mile in 4 years so hopefully with some practice I can bring my times down.

Went to Sacramento Raceway again today to check out there sport compact drags. They had a jackpot bracket race so I jumped in, but got eliminated in the first round. lol..

Did some time trials though, but couldn't get out of the 12's. The track was to cold and slippery, but did get a new best trap of 123mph.

s4 rotors

I mix 1 gallon of Sunoco 116 with 10 gallons of Cali 91 pump gas and 2 cycle. So basically 93 octane gas.
