Marvel Speed magic Port??310whp S/5 Stock Turbo??

I Can't Believe it Myself ?? Jus got off the dyno with" Nightmare77"
Iv'e Been Tunning Rotary's for awhile & still In Shock. Only Because Aj The owner
Has Your Basic mods Like 255 Walbro pump, 720 sec Inj, Haltech e11, No Front mount I/C No Meth INJ No Ign Amp, No upgraded lines etc...... I Even had Mike At noribilt reset the MUSTANG DYNO, Cuz I said "NO WAY" The Boost spiked to 10 psi & fell off to 6-8 psi after 6k rpm. It Takes a Tuner To Extract Power, But Props To DON MARVEL, For The "magic Port"

Pic's & Vids Commin Soon ...........

no, that would be fun though! its an s5 13bt with a streetport done at marvelspeed in 2005. i had it mildly tuned for daily driving at 10psi because pretty much everything is stock. i have basic boltons, like DP, exhaust and intake, 720 secondaries, and a haltech only because my old wiring harness took a crap and i got tired of messing with it.

i lost my map when my haltech died so i had tearbo tune me up again, and this time he went crazy since its not my daily anymore.

after i figure out this boost leak, im gonna need a front mount....

What was the injector duty or pulse width at max rpms/boost? 550primary 720 secondary? Fuel pressure?

Nice numbers

Something very wrong here...550/720cc injectors aren't enough for this power level at the rear wheels(more like 260whp) Neither is 7psi on a stock turbo.

Has this car been to the drag strip? What kind of numbers does it produce there?

Have it tested on another dyno before you believe the car is really making numbers like that.

what looks weird is, usually the Hp and Tq curves cross around 5252rpms but yours shows them crossing at around 5550ish rpms i wonder if that has something to do with the odd reading

The X axes are not utilizing the same scale hence the cross over at roughly 5555 rpm.

Crazy numbers. 550/720 is just barely enough fuel for that HP number. Maxing out the duty cycle but possible.

This "magic port" is what I am interested in. Somehow I doubt the details will be revealed.

From a run the other night, 72% at 5800 rpm. I'll hopefully get another chance to log past the power band drop off.

No, you just donīt understand
You can extrapolate torque or HP from any point of powerband and it will be correct.

In regards of numbers: well, fuel system operated at usual base pressure around 43.5 psi "could" support such power, but duty should be north of 80%. More logs, real world test!!!

The 2 most interesting aspects are:

A) Toque, even a med/large street port sees a rather significant drop in toque as a % of hp the more power one makes. Yet this magic port seems to fix that issue.

B) "Stock" turbo, it has been well documented that the stock turbo drops off sharply well before redline even on stock putted engines, yet this one seems to be just beginning a gradual decent north of 6800rpm.
