The 2 most interesting aspects are:
A) Toque, even a med/large street port sees a rather significant drop in toque as a % of hp the more power one makes. Yet this magic port seems to fix that issue.
B) "Stock" turbo, it has been well documented that the stock turbo drops off sharply well before redline even on stock putted engines, yet this one seems to be just beginning a gradual decent north of 6800rpm.

Grassroots motorsports got about that out of a 1st gen project car they did a while back, although I believe that engine was ported and they were running a carb. Either way, your shop neighbor's results are just on the right side of the line between surprising and suspicious .....the same cannot be said for a supposedly stock turbo on 7 psi making 300+ whp.

did it have a second stock turbo on it?
sorry to burst your bubble but your dyno was faulty. aint gonna happen at 6-8 psi with a stocker and top mount, no way no how. the only magic about it is that the shop owner still collects for dyno sheets.

poorly calibrated dyno and/or dishonest operator. higher numbers makes the customer feel good, but makes your information not credible for any actual usage. and it doesnt say if it was corrected and what it was corrected to (j607 or j1349) ether correction factor will vary hp by quite alot
