hello, dyno section

went to the dyno today. racetune, the shop i went to, uses a dynapack.

so i did my runs.

my topmount interheater helped my numbers go down on each successive run, but i'm happy with 139.5 hp and 209.5 ft-lbs at 10psi.

however, my afr graph is bothering me. i haven't looked at a lot of rotary afr graphs. does it seem weird to you guys?

mods are: air filter, S5 turbo on stock S4 motor, racing beat turboback, and safc (which was zeroed out for the runs)

after you mod the t2 the af starts to look like that instead of a more straight line. you need to use that afc and adjust the curve fuel, you are very close to maxing out your fuel system, the car is running a bit lean.

oh yeah, 239.5hp

anyways, i need some new injectors anyway, and was lookin at 720's or 850's (shouldn't be a problem with safc) but i'm worried about the fuel pump. the fd pump came with the car when i got it, but i dont' know exactly how good it is.
recommend a walbro or similar?

fd is fine for 300-350 at wheels, afc is fine up to about 1000cc secodnary injectors, so go as big as that if you plan to do more to the car.

You may want to actually VERIFY that an FD pump is installed by removing the assembly and verifying the part number. Only takes about 15 mins.

Dynapacks typically read lower than rolling inertia dynos, too! Good numbers!
