Measure the inlet on the turbo and the outlet on the AFM. Get a coupler with those specs, Silicone reducer etc... Do the same for the outlet on the turbo and the inlet on the BOV pipe, its coupled to the top of the stock turbo anyway.

Due to some issues with mine.. I wasnt able to make the tuning session with Steve Kan last weekend, which sucked. I let a friend of mine borrow my stage 4. Im not sure what kind of power he put down with it.. but i know he was very pleased with it.

My turbo was held up due to the burn accident. I had a S5 stage 4 coming, so i borrowed Franks S4 stage 4. On the freeway with it leaned out Steve felt it was putting down about 340whp. Per BNR's instructions Steve richened it back up due to differences in S5/S4. I got a dyno pull on the S4 at 280whp at 10.4-10.6 A/F.
Stage 4 is supposed to put out a higher peak #, the S5 is for a larger band which is what i wanted for road racing. Since i street tuned the whole thing with steve, i can say i really like the turbo. It has great drivabilty and usable power, and when you go to pull, it really pulls.
When my S5 comes in, ill lean it back out and go back to the dyno and get a sheet. Frank will get his issues worked out and a great tune too, and get a sheet as well!

I got the bnr stage 2 installed a while back. I still have TMIC and I'm only running about 13psi.. I'm not going to worry about actually dynoing it until i get the FMIC installed. I'll let you all know once I get dyno results. It holds boost all the way to redline but I'm worried about the lag. I only have 2.5" exhaust all the way back and I dont get full boost until 4k rpms in 4th gear. I'm thinking about upping to 3" but I'm not sure if its worth the extra cash.

damn i was thinking i would get atleast 320 with stage one s5 and my rebuilt streetport?? but im going to run about 11-12 psi with a rtek 2.0 and 720/1000 with walboro. i also got huge front mount and full 3inch turbo back.
we will see i have to get back from vacation and install some stuff still and tune it enough to to get a decent street tune. all that will happen after june 2-5. good luck to you guys waiting on your stage 4's, hope you get the number you want

pm sent

i just got my fmic installed with the bnr stage 2. i hope to dyno on wednesday. I don't think i'll hit my goal of 350whp, but i have some timing i can adjust so maybe i can do it. but i guess i'll find out. what's great about the fmic is that i didn't gain any lag which is wonderful. I'm still hitting 15psi at 4200rpms in 4th which isn't bad for 2.5" exhaust. with tuning and 3" exhaust maybe i can do it.

Brian told me that streetport has little effect on the h-trim compressor wheels (stage 1 and 2). Didn't inquire as to 60-1 (stage 3 and 4)

I know that I have one though and have quite an exhaust port so we'll see.

with the bnr stage 2 im seeing the boost bleed down from 15psi to 10psi at redline. i dont know if this is a boost controller issue or if the turbine is too small... (im using a shitty $20 boost controller off ebay)
