How can you only go 17 mph faster, in the last 1/8 mile? thats pretty bad. Maybe something is ready to break in the car?

Your 1/8 mile speed seems real good, the time seems off, as I also had a 2.3 60ft. I pulled a 9.4 @ 72.99

I never get any traction always burns 1st, 2nd all the way and some of 3rd.

Your time seems pretty good to me. It doesn't suprise me that you only gained 17hp in the last 1/8 of the mile. If you practice more and get your 60ft and launch better you will be doing pretty darn good.

Uh... you have a n/a 7 but spin 1st, 2nd and some of 3rd? Are you drag racing on donuts?

I launch at 5k and don't spin, only chirp 2nd on bald 205's and run a 15.3-15.7 depending on how I launch.

@OP, nice time for mods. Work on that R/T and 60ft and you'll be set.

It's possible to spin through those gears especially right off the launch even with an n/a 7.

possible, but not anywhere near beneficial... Launch as hard as possible without spinning, and when you shift, let out on the clutch a lil slower and you will be better off than spinning through 3rd...

Here is every thing that the car has that i know of. 255lph fuel pump, rb header and exhaust , 17/225/45, custome intake just done,no emishions, and the engine was built bye some rotary shop here in tx not sure whet else.

Those are great times I think. I have a 90 GTU and I can't see myself running much faster than that. If I take mine to the track Ill let you know.

It's more than likely that all you did is smash the shifter bushing.

Where in FL are you located? Maybe I can stop by and help ya out.
