Widebody 30mm/20mm , need wheel/tire advice

My 88 vert will be in the process of going widebody. Buying the whole Version Select kit with the 30mm back fenders and the 20mm wide front fenders. My question is right now I'm starting to look at wheels and tires. Which offsets should I be looking at for that nice flush fitment and whats the widest wheels and tires I can put on there.

AFAIK my cheapest solution are Mustang wheels and I think 18x10.5's in the back and 18x9's in the front would be a good choice, but how big of a tire can I put on there?

Thanks,

Ark
