what lowering springs for 18 inch wheels.????
Hey i ran into a problem....i bought the SUPER DOWN SPRINGS for my 3rd GEN from RX7.COM they drop 1.5 front and 2.0 in the rear....guess that was a little too much.... the car with the stock wheels were ok.....but i put my SSR INTEGRALS on yesterday 18's...running this on them...NITTO'S 235 35zr 18(front) 265 40zr 18(rear)...my rear ones fit ok...but the front ones are rubbin my fender so im gonna take the springs out and get different ones...my question is, what springs are you guys puttin on to run 18's and not have this problem.????any help would be appreciated

I have the H&R springs and they work well. Gave the car the drop I was looking for and actually a very nice ride. I went from the touring springs to these and was expecting it to be harsh, but it wasn't at all. Actually can't tell a huge difference in ride quality. I am very happy with them.

if you have 18" rims i would run racing beat or Intrax. the H&R rides really nice but looks are bad specialy in the back. you can still fit 3 figures in it. couple of my friends here have both intrax and racing beat springs in 18" and looks AWSOME!!
good luck

I want the harsh ride, i currently have the eibach springs and koni yellow with 275/40/17s in the back, and one side sits lower than the other? SO i think the eibachs are shitty, from what i hear, so i think i'll by the H&Rs. I track my car often so i want a good spring rate...

I have Bilsteins and H&R springs. The ride height is perfect. No wheel gap in front or in the rear. Does not rub with stock 225-50-16 S-02's. Will be adding my 18 inch volks as soon as they arrive next week. The ride is Fantastic. I took SleepR1's advice on the springs and they are very comfortable without being too soft. Just a bit tighter than stock but smooth. The Bilstiens and H&R combo cant be beat for a combo of ride quality and performance. I had a driving instructor drive my car last night and he said that my car would whale on his M3 at the track. He also has the same combo on his M3. The said the turn in was the best he has ever felt period. I also run -1 degree camber on the alignment.
