what do i need for 18x10.5 +30 in rear?

so im in the market to buy either ssr sp1 or advan rsd. well i want to get a nice looking wheel and at the same time still run hard on them. my plans are to go 18x9 +37 in the front and 18x10.5 + 30 in the rear. my car has racing beat springs and bilstein shocks so it stiff and im doing a fender roll once i get the wheels and coilovers sometime soon in the future. mt question is i heard that you need aftermarket trailing arms to make 10.5s fit and coilvers too is this true? ive seen this fitment before with Advan rs and it was pretty damn nice and i tryed pming the owner but he hasnt been on in 3 years so please lend me some info thanks

You are going to rub something serious with those Racing Beat springs. Those springs are much lower than stock, however the spring rate isn't increased enough to deal with aggressive wheel/tire fitments:

ya i was thinking the same. im gonna take them out and put stances or Apexi coilovers on once i get the wheels. i just want to grab wheels righ now because pricing is not that bad any good coilovers you guys would recommned for that offset

Just about anything will do over the Racing Beat springs. The Tein SS is a good entry level coilover:
