how is the rates' i want mine to be very stiff so i dont have to worry about rubbiing

I don't think you will be disappointed with spring rates some of the coilover kits use for the FC (like the K-sports or KTS for example).

so is 700 bucks for some used kts a good price they have 5,000 miles on them are they still good?
