Your tire sizes are a little off, should be 255/35 and 285/30. Get higher offset rear wheels, unless you want to roll the rear fenders. I know they make the GT-C in 10" with a mid-to-high 40s offset, which is what you should be looking at.

I wanted the lower offset to have a more flush to fender look. Thats the reason for the narrower rear tires. I am not 100% sure it will fit in the rear without rolling. Thanks for the info, I'll update you guys if I go with the setup.

a 37 offset in rear is going to be wider than a a flush fit. 275/35 in the rear is fine (yes, i know it is not exact circumference) and will offer you a greater selection of tires. No way I would drop to a 285/30 on my rims.
Definitely 255/35 in front. I went 245/35 on my 9" because I was afriad of rubbing, next time I will go 255/35, but that will probably be a couple years with how much it gets driven

Go with a +42 for the rear that's what i had with my gt-c's and it had a flush mount. The rear tire size was 275/35/18 and thats also a perfect fit so it should look just fine.Damn i dont have anymore pics of it so you could see the fitment.

i have 18x10's in the rear with a +38 offset and they fit just fine. you will have to roll the fenders, but they will not rub unless you have zero or positive camber

Just to let you guys know, the wheels do fit with no problems. My car is lowered with JIC coilovers. I did not have to roll the fenders. The car has pretty stiff suspension. The wheels look great! So far no problems.
I'll get pictures posted later.
