+55 offset work on FC?

Arrow +55 offset work on FC?

hey guys, will a 16x6.5 size wheel with a +55 offset fit onto a 2nd gen Rx7? my suspension as of now is stock.



and also could someone explain to me what the offset means? thanks in advance

Check the links above for offset explainations, and to answer the question of fit, doubt you'd want too very much. +55 is 55m from the centerline of the wheel toward the outside of the wheel. Stock is +40 so your looking at pushing the wheel into the wheelwell another 15mm past stock. There's a few other guys on here that will tell you exactly what offset to use on fc's that'll get things to look proper(fill out the wheel well with wheel instead of air).

Not even close... +55mm offset will rub badly.... let me guess, your trying to fit wheels off a Mazda Speed Protege right? There one of the few cars with at offset.... I have two of the Pewter MS 17's sitting in a corner.... need two more for my MPV van
