Suggestions on 5 spoke rims
I am looking to upgrade my rims (still stock 16") and I was thinking about going up one inch to 17's, but I can't seem to think of rims to choose from. When I do searches all I see are BBS spirit r or 5Zigen FN01R-C rims. Can anyone else help me think of a 5 spoke rim that would look good on the FD3S?

Budget is always going to be an issue. I'm not looking for super expensive rims but I figured I'm looking for wheels and tires to be no more than $3,000. Obviously anything cheaper would be much better. When I used to drive a Honda rims were smaller and dirt cheap; however when you up grade cars I guess you have to upgrade your costs as well.

Unfortunately, clean 5 spoke wheels are not the style currently so they are in short supply unless you go with a custom built wheel. IMO, the best 5 spoke wheel which isn't custom would be the RP03's:
You might also check out the used wheel market:

You can generally find some really good deals.

My shop is a Fikse dealer, and the pricing on 17 inch FM5 or Profil 5 may fall within your budget..... if interested check out www.Fikse.com and PM me with specifics of widths and finish and I can get you a quote

I appreciate all the suggestions. After looking at everyone’s suggestions I feel torn between those with a polished lip or moving to something like a bronze/gold rim. But those polished lips look so damn good. It's hard to say where to drop all that money when after it's all said and done there is no going back.

A set of Enkei RPF1s look good, are pretty damn lightweight and won't break the bank quite so much. I mean if you got the money, then by all means, slap a set of CCWs or Fiskes on there, but if you're on a budget like most of us, the Enkeis are a pretty good choice, IMO.
I'm not only saying that because I have a set, but because I did some shopping before I bought them and I still haven't found a wheel that really compares. Near knock-off pricing, Volk lightness and mine are still straight, true and untarnished after about 5 years.
