Well here is the deal, Im building a 1979 RX7 drag car. For right now I'm just going to rebuild the 12A that is in it....That is no big deal. Im in the process of rebuilding the rear end. I have already bought a new 4:11 ring and pinion set for it, got the disc rotars and brake lines and all that good stuff, the problem is that I am looking for a rear set of Koni shocks. I can find all the front Koni shocks all day long. But Im looking for the rear set. If anyone can point me to a website who has them it would be highly appreciated.

I have some pics that I will be uploading soon of my car. It was given to me for free. Its my first rotary build and Im loving it so far. So if anyone has any advice they would like to share, just drop it in also.

 

Unfortunatly they don't make rear Koni's for 1st gens anymore.

Your best bet if you really want Koni's is to find a used set and have them rebuilt.

Otherwise, I think you only option is KYB...
