Since re-greasing all these things isn't going to be fun, you may as well do it as little as possible. Using a high quality waterproof grease compatible with polyurethane should go a long way to extend the time between service intervals.

http://www.fulcrumsuspensions.com.au/superpro.html
Twelve months of extensive research and development has gone into SuperPro’s bushing grease – specifically engineered to compliment the already outstanding performance of our polyurethane suspension bushes. The environmentally-friendly grease requires sparse application, making it cost effective to user. It offers nil-penetration into polyurethane, resulting in zero breakdown of the bushing, in turn providing consistent lubrication and exceptional wear-life.

I ordered the 8 oz "tub" and my installer used most of it - he may have went a little overboard but better that then have to pull the stuff apart in six months

I've heard some transmission shops will install bushings, you might try that - the question is can you trust your car to a typical "hack and slash" trans shop

They should be the same. I believe that is the updated part number. You should have 4?

Whoops after checking the catalog again it looks like the SPF2679k is the eccentric bushing and SPF2678k is the standard. Can you see the pin for those bushings? Is the hole off center?

yes i just had a talk with ard about it, they are off center.... im trying to return this bushing kit because they advertised the
24 piece
1. Diff…...................2
2. Toe Links…...........4
3. Trailing Arms…......2
4. Shock Mounts….....2
5. Rear Upper Arms…4
6. Front Arms….........8
7. Steering Rack….....2

which this kit did not come with shock mounts and i was stupid enough and kind of blind and didnt see it say 24 piece instead of the full 28. but still they dont mention what kind of kit this is which it is kit130adjk which comes with the eccentric bushing(i did not want that)

i think they will still want their 15% restocking fee, is there anyway i could get around it since their advertising was wrong?

I'm not quite sure I follow. They advertised it as the 28 bushing kit and you got 24 bushings? Or they advertise it as the 24 bushing kit and you got 24 bushings, you just thought it was the 28 bushing kit?

no they advertised the 24 its just i didnt see/notice it. i just saw super pro bushings and figured its all the same. i didnt think there was another kind of kit , and as you can see from the post above on number 4 it says shock mounts, its suppose to come with the shock mounts, but they dont come with them. so wouldnt that be considered false advertisement? also about that adjustable eccentric bushing they didnt say anything about that or that it was the kit130adjk on their site,

SPF2676K - 2 bushings
SPF2675K - 2 bushings
SPF2674K - 2 bushings
SPF2677K - 2 bushings
SPF2821K - 4 bushings
SPF2370K - 2 bushings
SPF2822K - 4 bushings
SPF2823K - 4 bushings
SPF2679K - 4 bushings

So according to the part numbers listed and the catalog you actually got 26 bushings? I would just call them if you feel they did something wrong, but I doubt you'll get anywhere because you wanted the more compelte kit.

I have adjk kit, too, which I didn't really want, but I'm stuck with them now. I'll need to take it to a good alignment shop where they know how to adjust them

I bought shock mounts and front sway bar bushings from Powerflex

Yea I don't know why it says 24. But I don't like the fact it says it comes with the shock mounts when it doest. And that adjustable bushing looks/ is a pain in the *** as I'm told. Why can't they say that? Didn't even say it was the kit130adjk, so I thought it was everything.( I am an idiot for that I know)

I don't know if the adjustable bushings are something to be that scared of

For the SPF2679K, SuperPro purposely designed it to have an eccentric crush tube for providing the ability to adjust the camber without the use of a camber adjusting bolt. The crush tube has an offset hole, so once the bolt goes through you can rotate it inwards and outwards by simply loosening it and pulling/pushing the tire. Its the same principle as the camber adjusting bolts that you would just turn, except the offset belongs to the crush tube instead of the bolt.

Yes, but I haven't had it aligned yet - I definitely won't be taking it to a clueless tire dealer (I'll use Pettit's recommended alignment settings)

I'm going by how Howard recommended. Is there like a way to set it that it's exactly like stock before you added it?

Do you have a link to Howard's settings? Best thing is just set it to a neutral position and then get it to a good alignment shop for fine tuning

Toe in front between a 1/16 and 1/8th inch
Toe in rear zero
Camber front and rear 1.2 degrees negative
Caster equal minimal (not 100%sure what he means by this tho)
Zero rear thrust angle.

thats from howard on this thread he did https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...Howard+Coleman
