Thanks! The lip is a splitter that I made out of 1/4 finish plywood that extends back to the front wheels. I painted it with rattle can enamel to seal it and then plastidipped it and added the edging for a slightly less DIY look lol. It has two aluminum supports to the frame rails and then is attached to the perimeter of the lip with screws. Wood is a little ghetto, but is very cheap to replace when it gets damaged. I immediately felt that the front was more planted on 80mph+ long sweepers like entrance ramps etc. Not night and day, but definitely noticeable.

17x8 (not ideal, I know) +30
255/40/17 sumitomo htrz3 squared
Tein Flex coilovers: Fronts +6, Rears full soft
No fender rolling just removed liner screws in the front, heated the fender tabs and folded up.
24.75" ride height front and rear
Excuse the dirty wheels/car it's been snowing a lot lately.

Wheel & Tire are flush with the fenders.
Wheel & Tire poke out a little.
Wheel pokes & stretched tire.
Assuming the tires will be 2**/35/18.
With that setup, the wheel and tire will be pretty flush with the fender in the back.
The front will be very close and I'm not sure if it will work without a fender roll. With 235/35 on the front I would say they'll probably fit but that might be more of a stretch then what you want.

Well, did a quick wash on the car on Friday and decided to snap some pics with my cellphone, sorry for the shitty quality angles, will do better next time...
Specs are:
Fronts 18 x 9 +25 with 255\35R18
Rears 18 x 10 +40 with 295\30R18
BBS Impul M1 wheels with clearcoat removed from lips and hand polished.
Fenders are rolled carefully to ensure there's as little pull as possible as not to ruin the stock body lines.
Ideally I think I can fit a 11" + 40mm setup in the back and will look nicer with the 295's instead of the 10" setup I have.
