I need your help...

Im looking for a good pair of Coilovers for an FD.
Befour i make up my mind i need some opinions...

I will be useing the car as a daily driver but will be doing some AutoX and Track time.....

I dont want something too pricey but will pay if i have to because perfomance is more important to me than price tag....

It would help to know you price range....because you can spend from a little over 1k to about 4k....

For instance I have Koni yellows with ground control kit...roughly 1100 for this setup...

edit: never mind. i just did a search and found nothing, thinking there was no info. turns out i spelled "Ground" "Gruond" hence fining nothing. my bad.

damn...$1000?? whats the difference between those and the more expensive ($1800+) TEIN Coilovers??

also, with Tanabe Coilovers like the ones avaiable at the RX-7 Store...whats exactly is a "Pillow Mount"?? (there are two versions available. Tanabe Sustec Pro, $1235, and Tanabe Sustec Pro that includes Pillow Mounts, $1645)

damn...i need to expand my knowledge on coilover kits.

I don't know what's the difference between the HA, RE, and RA , although it looks like as you get higher in the chain like the RA's, you get more options for adjustability and you get them finer tuned.. Although I don't know a whole lot about coil-over kits either, so I can be wrong.

A friend told me that pillow ball mounts are for more adjustability/tuning too, but I have heard that they are not neccasary for the street. I don't do any road racing so he said that there isn't any real need for them. He has a accord with Apexi World Sport coil-overs.

I am not saying that TEIN HA's are the best coil-over out there, because there are probably coil-overs made by other companys that are better than the bottom level HA's but I don't do any road racing, and I don't need too much adjustability so they seem like a deal to me.
