how wide can i get in the front
so i have been thinking about getting some new wheels but i wanna get something as wide as 18x9 or 9.5 all the way around rite now i have 18x7 +35 offset in front and 18x9 offset +45.
18x10.5 +50offset will work with coilovers. It MIGHT work with a aggressive fender roll spring/shock combo but i wouldn't try it.
I think i'm going to go with 18x9.5+45 all around with fenders rolled.

Well, and 18x9 +45 would be a nice front wheel... but i'd mount it with a 255/35, not a 275.
Per the above post, cou COULD get a 10.5 +50 on, but a 10 +50 is a pretty solid fit for a 285/30/18.

Off-topic: Is your car done? I just had mine tuned so I can drive it around, no power tuning done yet. Hopefully in a couple weeks I'll take care of all the lil' issues that came up and see what this 500R feels like
. Later.Rizwan

. It's going back to the bodyshop for a little bit of work and then I'm taking care of some small things before I have it properly dyno tuned. It'll probably be 1 month before I can answer all your questions and let you know how much power I'm putting down and exactly what the curve looks like. I'll make sure to post a thread with all the detailed information. Regarding A-spec: I'm glad I choose to go the route I did. I can't imagine my car being down for 4-5 months just for a single swap. Hopefully you get your car back soon and we should definitely meet up next time in your back in town. Later.

I also switched out the turbos, installed a full fuel system, cleaned up the engine bay (removed a/c power steering and the AST, relocated stock coils), added new piping for the front mount, and installed a Microtech ECU with a complete engine harness rewiring. PLUS I removed the front end, swapped hoods and a bunch of other miscellaneous things including having it street-tuned once. This was done all in about 1 months time, give or take a few days. AND the thing you need to understand about that time frame is that the car was only worked on for 2 days out of the week. So all in all everything was completed in a little over 1 weeks time.
I can guarantee you that had I gone through their shop I wouldn't have had my car back for another 3-4 months. I'm not just talking out of my *** here either
, I have talked to numerous customers of theirs and everyone had the same thing to say. They do good work, but are EXTREMELLY slow. I wish you the best of luck and seriously hope your happy with the outcome. It's too late now, but I could have done the whole swap, including motor for you in 1-2 weeks.

yea had i know that i woulda talked to u. oh well what can u do except cpmplain. speaking of that i just talked to them they toldme 2weeks till its done. BTW keep me posted on what ur numbers are gonna be.
I recently ran 18x9.5 +50 SSR GT2s all the way around with 265/30r18 with no problems (Koni Yellows, RSR race springs). I am now running 18x10 +50 CCWs with 285/30r18 all the way around, but this requires coilovers with a smaller OD spring. This is pretty much the max you can go without seriously modifying you fenders and steering components.
Good to know.. I'm about to put 18x10.5 +43 SSR comps all the way around.. Hope it fits
As of now car is waiting on me to put some crap on (ie engine, turbos, tranny, new coilovers, bushings, rollbar, feed bumper, feed sides, FMIC, CF hood, etc etc..)
