My fd runs smooth on straight streets, but on a rough street it's like an earthquake, how can i fix this? It's lowered with rsr coilovers, and it has rims as you can see in my sig.

Ditch the coil-overs and aftermarket wheels and go back to a stock base/touring suspension. If the suspension bushings haven't been replaced in over 40k, they probably need replacing.

shocks will costs you around $450/set (for Tokiko or Koni)
springs will cost you around $100/set
I have no idea how much the stock shocks go for.
You can install them yourself, otherwise it'll probably run about $150-200 for the install.

If it's lowered with any coilovers, it's most likely going to be stiff. If you want it to be softer, go back to stock, or switch to tockico with softer springs
