HELP!!! Rear LCA eccentric bolt

So I broke off my alignment cam bolt on my rear LCA. So i went to order a new bolt and found these lock washers amongst my research.

https://jp3motorsports.com/products/...washers-h-bolt

Since the factory washers are 30 bucks from the online mazda parts site
i was on i figured i may as well get the whole set of lock washers for ***** and giggles. Then i ran into my problem. I read on the jp3 site that at some point mazda switched the alignment bolts to a different design from a "D" shaped (single cut out) to an "H" (double cut out) and to specify which one i need when i order. Unfortunately i dont know which bolts I ordered as far as the design as the site only has a generic picture for the part image. I only have the part number. So if anyone could tell me which part number is for which design you could save me a couple weeks of wait time and i could go ahead and order the lock washers. Thanks all.

PART NUMBER THAT I ORDERED: FD01-28-664

You may want to email them directly. They can steer you to the right stuff. Send them pics if you have them.

Mazda only has the H bolts now, and no longer sells the D shaped bolts.
