Here's the chart for the 5zigen's:

You need at least 9.5" rim for the concave look with those rims.

for an FD I believe you will need at least +50 offset to fit the front fenders and you might need a fender roll if you have dropped the car at all...

For those rims, offset does not determine whether they are concave or not. Check this thread for various pictures of those wheels with various offsets on the FD:

The only concave FN01R-C rims are 17x10 or 18x9.

I have 17x10 on all 4 corners, +35mm up front and +25mm out back with an aggressive fender roll. I can also say the +25mm offset wheels have a deeper, more inset concave look than the +35mm wheels, so the offset, IMO, changes the "concaveness".

i posted this same thing on the other 5zigen thread but i put it on here to because u guys respond faster =] so thanks again for your help

ok so after reading the thread iv decided i want the concave look all the way around. i have the 99spec look on my car and my lip is 3'' off the ground. im planning to go 17x10 all the way around. what would be the best offset? and if possible i was planning on forging the rear rims to make them wider. what is the max i would be able to go in the rear? could someone pm me with this? thanks greatly appreciated.

i also have a big brembo brakes in the front. so i need something to clear them.

The offset may effect if there is more of a concave effect, however using a lower offset on their 17x8 rim is not going to make that size concave. As I said above, their spokes are only concave in two sizes regardless of the offset.

Ah, gotcha. I thought people meant there was no difference between the 17x10 +35 and +25, but there is. Yes, the only concave FN01R-C wheels are 17x10 or 18x9.

You only have 3 offset options, +15, 25, and 35. You are going to have to roll your fenders regardless of the offset. IMO +15mm is out of the question on stock fenders without going crazy.

As I said before, I run +35 up front and +25 out back with Federal SS-595 255/40-17 tires all around. I rub a little in the front, but just on the lip of the liner and not bad- only in hard corners.

alright kool so either the +25 or +35 then. i might just go + 35 all the way around then. and also my last question was wats the widest i could get a wheel in the rear? because if it was possible i was thinking of forging the rear rims and going bigger than 17x10 i was thinking like 17x13 or something like that.
