Front sway bar end links question

Im in the process of tearing my suspension apart to install my SuperPros. I noticed the sway bar end links seem to be loose.

My question is should i be able to pinch them between my thumb and forefinger and move them almost effortlessly?

Thanks

Considering the age of them and that prices go up every year, you might as well replace them.

The problem with those aftermarket pieces is they have no dust seals, so they will wear out very quickly on the street.

Improved Racing offers dust boots for their links as an option.

Thanks for the feedback, I sourced OEM ones for 60 each from Mazda Motorsports.

I like this product. Will have to get it when I finally decide to get those Tanabe Sway Bars. Btw, that link didn't work so I'll post this working link below.

My Improved Racing endlinks bent after a few track days. My track buddy had the same problem as well. Back to OEM. There was nothing wrong with my old OEM ones either, I just thought it would be nice to have adjustability.

If anyone had their Improved Racing sway bar end links bend, please PM me. I'd really like to know where/how they bent and what sway bar you were using. We had not heard of anyone bending them before and we've had no issues on our car, but we're using stock sway bars. We'd like to revise the end links if necessary and if yours bent we will make it up to you!

Well, I've yet to hear directly from a customer who's had our sway bar end links bend. "thewird" never responded to my IM.

However, to be on the safe side, we have switched to chromoly rod ends which are several times stronger. So if you purchased from us in the past and your end links have bent, please contact me and I will send you replacement chromoly rod ends free of charge.

Thanks,

Michael
