The entirety of my front suspension is in pieces so I thought installing new coilovers would be a 30 minute project max because I wasn't going to have to fight in tight spaces. 5 minutes in and I run into a spacing issue between the bottom of the coilover that goes into the LCA. Before I go smashing and stretching the LCA by another 1.5mm, I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything obvious that I should be doing to get this to work. Any sage advice out there?
Step 2 after you get a non crap coilover is the push the bushing out in the LCA so the coilover fits. Its a similar concept to some alternator mount points
Also try searching, referencing the fsm or just browsing in the 3rd gen section where all the 3rd gen specific information is

Thanks for the link, that is very helpful and makes more sense. I guess mine are so old they all looked like one piece to me ha. BC's are just something cheap for now to get on the car so I can put the front suspension back together. My priority is getting an engine and a trans in this thing first .
