Car isn't level.

I've noticed lately, that my car is higher on the driver side than the passenger. Could this be a damaged strut? Or possibly a spring setting?

Try driving around a bit and checking again, the car doesn't quite "settle" exactly the same way everytime when you come to a stop.

I have the same problem, a quick "search" revealed that this is a fairly common issue with FD's with an aftermarket suspension. I have not found in any of my searches that anyone has actually determined what the real cause is. I have seen many FD's with my exact same setup that do sit level. I would like to get to the bottom of this because it is driving me crazy.
